Who We Are

Oak Property Consultants was formed in May 2015 by Matthew Cullen and provides a wide range of services including commercial property agency and management and also the provision of development and investment advice.
 
The primary focus is in retail, leisure and the residential buy to let sector, with a specialisation in student accommodation.
 
Prior to Oak Property Consultants, Matthew worked at Heb in Nottingham where he worked in the retail and leisure agency and investment departments. Matthew was also involved in a number of student schemes totalling approximately 300 student beds, including the disposal of The Gregory and providing strategic advice for the Old Market Square sites of Equitable House and Norwich Union House and the former Browne Jacobson offices in Castle Gate.
 
Oak Property Consultants will look to work closely with its sister companies. Oak Student Letts with offices in the City Centre and Lenton are one of the largest student letting agencies in Nottingham managing over 1,500 beds with specific expertise in the HMO sector whilst Stone & Long are a professional City-based residential letting agency.
